Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity
Teachers use their knowledge of subject matter, teaching and learning, and technology to facilitate experiences that advance student learning, creativity, and innovation in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
The norm helps teachers to demonstrate technology and innovation. Students are encouraged to work together and focus on their learning experience. All through the research of the curriculum, I have the ability to use different engineering tools to foster creative and unique skills. Through the weekly blog discussion post, I also collaborated with my fellow classmates by reflecting on what we learned through reading and lecture materials or answering teacher-assigned questions. The selected objects represent the places where this norm has been achieved, I believe.
Video #1 Animaker site. I tried to make my skit short and to the point. I first complete my background, my text information, I drag-and-drop animation function, finally, I added music after completing the assignment component. I only use what was necessary to have all the needed information to have a completed skit. My skit was an informative presentation. The site was mostly friendly, however, there was some frustration when linking my skit to Youtube. However, I would consider, but will not be my first-choice site to use in the future
Blogfolio: To my teammates and I, blogging was a great learning experience. It helped us to get to know each other and forced us to interact with our online classmates. We had to read and comment on the thoughts of other members of the group which contributed to regular group discussions. The blog helped us to use internet communication and kept us engaged in learning.
Google Slide: Google slides gave each group member the ability to create and edit an online presentation and collaborate from different places. It helped students improve their power point skills and Google slides made it possible to do as a group effort remotely.

Future Learning Goals
Since I'm not an educator, I'm always intrigued by the methods and approaches of influencing and motivating participants in classrooms and online classes. In the long run, I will pursue more digital technology and read an article on strategics and concepts that could also improve the individual student learning opportunity.
